Over the past 2 years, the UC IT Policy and Security committee has worked to revise UC Electronic Information Security Policy IS-3. The new IS-3 is based on and ties to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27000:2013 document series. It establishes a UC system-wide glossary of terms, brings new roles and detailed responsibilities to all campus locations. Come hear Ronise give the policy summary, share where we are in the policy development process, and highlight how it will affect you and your units.
